Okay before I say anything else, I should give all credit to krishnan for writing this idiot-proof how-to on posting on an opera blog through windows live writer.
I’ll just write it here as well so that many more individuals can see this oh so valuable tip.
1. kick start windows live writer
2. click on Blogs
3. click on “Add blog account”
4. choose *Other blog service”
5. type in your blog address (http://my.opera.com/<username>), username and password and click on next
wait till Live Writer identifies your settings (which, it won’t) and then enter the following
6. choose the Moveable API type from the drop down menu
7. type in the following in the type-in field below: http://my.opera.com/<your username>/api/
8. go back and make sure that you have included the final stroke (or forward slash depending on where you live – lol) and then just click on finish
That’s all! Now you can post through Windows Live Writer, just as I am write now!
Once again, mad props to krishnan! (i just wish I could add a trackback, i should go find out how this is done actually… anyways, you can all click on the link above and thank krishnan for his -or hers i can’t ever be sure- help).

Πως να χρησιμοποιήσετε το Windows Live Writer με το Opera Blog σας.
1. Ξεκινήστε το Windows Live Writer
2. Κάντε click στο Blogs (προτελευταίο μενού)
3. κάντε click στο “Add blog account”
4. επιλέξτε “other blog service”
5. πληκτρολογήστε τη διεύθυνση του blog σας (http://my.opera.com/<όνομα χρήστη>), το όνομα χρήστη και το κωδικό πρόσβασής σας και πατήστε next
Σε αυτό το σημείο περιμένετε μέχρι το Windows Live Writer να αναγνωρίσει τις ρυθμίσεις του blog σας (που δε θα τα καταφέρει) και μετά κάντε τα παρακάτω
6. επιλέξτε το Moveable Api τύπο από τον καταρράχτη
7. πληκτρολογήστε στο επόμενο πεδίο τα εξής: http://my.opera.com/<όνομα χρήστη>/api/
8. ελέγξτε μετά πως έχετε εισάγει την τελευταία κάθετο μετά τη λέξη api και αν όλα είναι σωστά πραγμένα (γιατί εγώ σωστά σας τα λέω – χεχε) πατήστε στο finish
Αυτό ήταν όλο. Τώρα μπορείτε να εκδίδετε στο blog σας μέσα από το Windows Live Writer.
